Frankfurt, 05 September 2023 - One of the most infectious bands to hit the US scene in recent years, Giovannie and The Hired Guns have pushed the boundaries between rock'n'roll and country to create an irresistibly gritty sound that is second to none. Giovannie and The Hired Guns will make their live debut in Germany in the winter of 2023 as part of their Tejano Punk Boyz Tour. Shows in Berlin (Nov. 28), Hamburg (Nov. 29) and Cologne (Dec. 1) are on the tour schedule.
Tickets for the three concerts in Germany will be available from Wednesday, September 6, 2023 - 10:00 a.m. in the exclusive online presale of ticket providers MyTicket and CTS Eventim. The general presale will start on Friday, September 8, 2023 - 10.00 a.m.
After building a large fan base with their explosive live show, the five musicians from Stephenville, Texas, reached #1 on the Active Rock Radio Charts and the Alternative Radio Charts with their hit song "Ramon Ayala" in 2021. This marked the first time in over 15 years that an artist's first radio single had topped both U.S. charts. Spurred on by the tremendous success they've achieved as a fully independent band, Giovannie and The Hired Guns signed with Warner Music Nashville just in time for the release of their third album, "Tejano Punk Boyz" - an instantly vibrant work that solidifies their status as a major new force in redefining the possibilities of Texas music.
"When we're on stage, the most important thing is to connect with the audience in a way that makes them feel part of the show," Yanez says. "Everyone has their struggles and demons, but hopefully our music can help people let go a little bit and feel like everything is going to be okay. I know it's kept me sane, and now I just want to keep spreading that love.
