After eight years of stage abstinence in Europe, the queen of English twang surprised in 2015 with the album "Slowtown Now!" as well as shows exceeding all expectations in 2016/17, before recording another album with "Do The Get Along" in 2018 with a full band. Her sound is characterized by twang guitars, pre-1960s rock 'n' roll references, English soul and the incomparable charm of a likeable sixties garage pop diva. Among the avowed fans are JIM JARMUSCH, who used one song as the main musical theme in his movie "Broken Flowers"; and JACK WHITE, who sang a duet with Holly Golightly on "It's True That We Love One Another" on the WHITE STRIPES album "Elephant ."
