Innere Stabilität in Zeiten äußerer Unsicherheit - kostenloser öffentlicher Vortrag
In the organizer's words:
Our mind is like a balloon in the wind: it moves in the direction the “wind” blows it. When things go well and our wishes come true, we are happy; but when things go badly and our plans are thwarted, we are unhappy and downcast. The meditation that Gen Gyudzhin will introduce this evening can help: It enables us to accept both good and bad circumstances with equal joy and to maintain a stable inner peace.
After all, it depends on our perspectives and intentions—that is, on our states of mind—how we experience a situation and what we see in it! This means that if we develop the wisdom that understands cause and effect—also known as the wisdom of karma—our mind remains relaxed and positive, no matter what may come. This wisdom is like an inner engine that we set in motion. In short: Our mind is no longer like a balloon being tossed back and forth by the wind, but rather like a drone hovering steadily in the air—no matter which way the wind blows!
How do you meditate on karma? And how can you integrate this newly developed understanding into your daily life? You’ll learn that this evening! This knowledge will help you tap into your own inner wisdom—and remain internally stable, confident, and positive in times marked by uncertainty! Everyone is welcome.
