In R-O-N=O, I.V. Nuss experimentally explores the boundaries of gender, text and genre; autofiction and sharp social analysis meet road trip and sex fantasy. Nuss creates characters who find protection in the strangeness of being animals, whose fursuits and personas negate and transcend the factuality of reality. I.V. Nuss is a freelance author from Berlin and has received numerous awards, including literary scholarships from the Berlin Senate and the German Literature Fund. Her debut novel DIE REALITÄT KOMMT (DIAPHANES, 2022) was nominated for various prizes such as the German Pop Literature Prize and the Rauris Prize for Literature.
