CACAO CEREMONY & PSYTRANCE DANCE

Starting at 5:30 p.m., you’re warmly invited to arrive at your own pace. Take your time to let everything sink in, get into the right mindset, and slowly settle into the here and now.

At 6:00 p.m., the cacao ceremony begins. We’ll connect with our intention and open our hearts with ceremonial raw cacao—an ancient plant medicine from Central and South America.

After meditation, music, and a shared moment of reflection, we’ll move on to the second part of the evening:

A two-hour psytrance dance session (live DJ set) with me, DJ Knoci

Together, we’ll delve into the origins of psytrance, and you’ll get a brief introduction to its history—then the dance begins.

Encounters can also happen during the dance; quiet conversations and mindful exchanges are welcome. 

At the same time, we ask that you respect others’ personal space and avoid disrupting the dancers’ experience.

You’re also welcome to step back, relax, or just chill out at any time.

For additional creative expression, Flow Sticks are available on-site, which you’re welcome to try out. Approach them with a playful spirit and discover new forms of movement.

As always, there will be fresh fruit available—feel free to help yourselves.

Please also remember to bring enough water or other beverages for the evening.

The evening ends with the conclusion of the dance. You can leave right away afterward or stay a little while longer for a casual chat.

Our dance is a mindful, free space without judgment—barefoot, wild, meditative, or ecstatic. You’re welcome to express yourself, let go, and feel yourself.
