Kleidertausch im COMEDIA Theater

After our fantastic first clothing swap in May, we’re thrilled to return to the large hall at the COMEDIA Theater—and to experience another special swap day with you in Südstadt.

Our clothing swap events don’t just save lots of beautiful pieces from a dreary existence in a dark closet—after all, it’s estimated that one in four items of clothing hangs there unworn. Above all, they bring people together: browsing for new favorite pieces together, striking up conversations, and sharing in the joy when someone discovers a donated shirt or dress with a smile and gives it a new lease on life.

Stop by, bring up to five clean, well-preserved pieces of clothing, browse, chat, try things on, and treat yourself to a drink at the bar in between before diving back into the ever-changing selection.

Especially at the start of the event, there may be wait times at the reception desk. So feel free to stop by at any time throughout the event. Don’t worry: Thanks to our clothing swap concept, new items are added continuously, so there’s always something new to discover.

Here’s how it works:

👚 Bring up to 5 clean, well-preserved items of clothing.
Whether it’s a pair of jeans you’ve outgrown, a sweater that no longer fits, or that dress you bought on a whim—as long as it’s not underwear, anything can be swapped.

👔 There’s no limit on how many men’s clothing items you can bring. Experience has shown that men’s clothing is always in short supply. That’s why we’ve lifted the limit here. 🕺 So, in addition to your 5 items, feel free to bring along clothes your favorite guys have set aside—or even better: just bring the guys along with you.

🛎️ We’ll take your items at the entrance and sort them for you.

🥰 Then it’s time to browse, discover, and take home! And feel free to take a break at the bar in between, because the selection is constantly changing, so a second round is always worth it.
