All sessions can be booked individually and are independent of each other. They follow the same procedure: a brief introduction, a content-related impulse, a thematically appropriate guided exercise, an exchange of experiences and ideas on how to transfer what you have heard into everyday life.
We practise how we can observe our own thoughts and gain distance without getting carried away by them. You will learn how to create clarity in your head and how to interrupt the thought loops in everyday life more easily.
