In this way, you can experience for yourself what it feels like when your mind calms down a little and you feel more at peace again - free of charge and without any prior knowledge.

About the sessions

All sessions can be booked individually and are independent of each other. They follow the same procedure: a brief introduction, a content-related impulse, a thematically appropriate guided exercise, an exchange of experiences and ideas on how to transfer what you have heard into everyday life.

From the head to the body - mindful body awareness

We consciously focus our attention on the body and experience how mindful awareness helps us to feel tensions and become more aware of our own body. Through the exercises, you will learn to better hold on to things that cannot be changed and at the same time become aware of what could be good for you at this moment.

How the get-to-know-you day works

  • You choose your favorite from the offer.

  • Each session is self-contained and can be attended independently.

  • You are welcome to combine and attend several sessions.

  • No daily program, but individually selectable sessions.

You decide which sessions you would like to attend - you are welcome to attend more than one. However, it is not possible to attend the entire day.
