Culinary themed tour - How is it that Äbbelwoi is suddenly drunk in the wine town of Gelnhausen? Why does it have to be poured from the Bembel into the ribbed bottle and why is it ribbed? You will hear stories from the bakers' guild, curious superstitions about milk and cheese production, the Hessian apple ABC and all sorts of Moroccans.
