It's off to the next round! In May, we're kicking off again with a newcomer evening at the Ballonfabrik.
We are inviting young bands and musicians who do not yet have much performance experience and who dare to take the step from the rehearsal room to the stage. The evening is all yours. You are the headliners. It doesn't matter whether you have the chords down 100 percent. After all, even the Rolling Stones started out small.

Write us a few lines about yourself, a band name if you already have one and, if possible, send us a small audio file (a cell phone recording will do). We will inform you promptly about your participation.

In 2020, Ballonfabrik fabrik unique also received an award for our work with young talent in the form of the Backstage Pro Award. We want to do justice to this with this format. As we see the Newcomer Evening as a youth culture concept, admission is limited to €5. In addition, the entrance fee goes entirely to the participating bands.
