Open Air: EIN SOMMER IN PARIS

Paris in the summer of 2024: While the whole city is in an uproar over the Olympic Games, shy Blandine from Normandy stumbles from one misunderstanding to the next. She actually came to cheer on her secret crush at the women’s swimming competitions. Instead, she gets lost in the unfamiliar streets, runs afoul of the law, and seems to encounter only people who are completely different from her.

Even communicating with her half-sister Julie—with whom Blandine hasn’t had contact for many years—is fraught with difficulties. Things go better with Alma, Julie’s young daughter, who immediately wins her heart. Amid sporting euphoria, chaotic family moments, and an unexpected rendezvous, Blandine steadfastly follows her own rhythm and experiences an unforgettable big-city adventure.
