Andreas R. Batlogg, Dr. theol., was born in 1962 and is a Jesuit and journalist. From 2008 to 2015, he directed the Karl Rahner Archive in Munich and served as editor-in-chief of the monthly magazine “Stimmen der Zeit” until 2017. Since May 2025, Batlogg has been based in Vienna and is known in Germany and Austria as an expert on the Church and the Pope.
