Nina Kuhlmann (41 y.) was not sure if she would really enjoy hiking the Camino de Santiago. She also didn't have the time for a 6-week hike on the famous Camino Frances. So, for now, she decided to take a 10-day trial trip. On the Camino Portugues, Nina met incredibly warm locals and fellow pilgrims. On the other hand, she loved being alone with her thoughts and nature just as much. Nina came to her physical limits, learned how to deal with blisters on her feet or how to avoid them in the first place. But the culinary delights, the exercise in the fresh air and the breathtaking landscapes more than made up for the unpleasant things. So she became a "repeat offender." This time on the challenging Camino del Norte.
