Sensual Celebration - Day Retreat

We invite you into a space full of joy, lightness and nourishing connection. At the Sensual Celebration Day Retreat, we open a protected circle together in which you can show, feel and celebrate yourself - exactly as you are.

In sensual rituals such as the Awakening of the Senses, you activate your senses and allow yourself to experience pleasure on a new level. Sensual embodiment practices support you in coming into your power and celebrating your femininity.

You will be held, seen and supported in a circle of women and appreciated for your uniqueness.

On this day, we will do everything that brings fun and vitality to your body: We sing, dance and celebrate life in all its facets. Ceremonial cacao accompanies us as we sink deeper into connection with ourselves and each other.

We also prepare a flower altar as a symbol of beauty, abundance and the blossoming within you and as an experience of pleasure for our eyes.

Surrender to the strength, joy and vitality within you.

We are:

Caro, clinical psychologist & tantrika with a focus on nervous system regulated sensual practices that bring pleasure & safety instead of overwhelm & re-traumatization into your system. I have been working with women, men & couples for 6 years in 1:1, 1:2, workshops, retreats and trainings.

Pia, body-oriented relationship coach. I am a trained tantra teacher and VITA® Sex, Love & Relationship Coach. Since 2022 I have been accompanying people in workshops, ceremonies and coaching sessions - in presence and online - on the path to more embodiment, sensuality, fulfilled sexuality and authentic relationships.

In the times we are currently living in, we tend to forget that we are also allowed to feel lightness and joy, that we even need this in order to take good care of ourselves. We need joy, we need sensuality and, above all, we need community. So let's celebrate all this together for a day.
