Sing dela Sing - Vorweihnachtsedition

In the organizer's words:

Everybody sings - all night long is the program: From the first moment to the last note, hundreds of people in the audience sing current pop songs together - from ABBA to Avicii, from Peter Gabriel to Peter Fox, from "7 Seconds" to "7 Years", from "1999" to "2002". The lyrics are lovingly prepared via video projection, two, sometimes three pop music professionals in demand accompany the whole thing, and within a few minutes, singing together makes everyone infinitely happy.

Since October 2016, there has been a real rush for this contemporary answer to karaoke: tickets are often hard to come by, the regular events sometimes sold out weeks in advance. People want to sing, and at Sing dela Sing even people who might otherwise only sing in the shower or in the car dare to do so.

What originally started as a snap idea at a birthday party has become an unparalleled journey. On this journey, thousands of Sing dela Singers have now sung over 500 songs of international pop history. There have been spontaneous stage visits by guests such as Katharina Franck (Rainbirds), Kryptik Joe (Deichkind), Anna Naklab or "Fettes Brot" - on the return visit there was a gigantic joint Sing dela Sing with 13,000 "Fettes Brot" fans in Hamburg's Barclays Arena. In early 2020, the first Sing dela Sing Symphonic took place with the German Film Orchestra Babelsberg.

And because the joint events were not possible for quite a while, Rundfunk Berlin Brandenburg even broadcast 48 episodes of a regular distant-socializing edition of Sing dela Sing on RBB television and its radio waves during the pandemic, for which there was the Bremen Television Award 2020.

In this edition it will be special, because fittingly for the 1st Advent Sing dela Sing will be in a pre-Christmas edition.
