The Bottomline has been captivating listeners and critics for several years with its unique genre mix of jazz, classical and trip-hop. With their live program, Franzis Lating (vocals, piano, synthesizer) and Johannes Elia Nuß(drums, synthesizer)combine supposedly contradictory musical traditions and prove that it is possible to deal with the difficult issues of the present in a differentiated musical way. Music journalists have praised them as "a congenial, musically and technically highly talented duo" (KStA), "highly topical" (NDR Kultur Neo) and "fascinating" (Jazzthing & Blue Rhythm).

As part of the summer concerts, The Bottomline will take listeners on an intergalactic journey in which space and time seem to dissolve.
