Svea and Maria combine calm singer-songwriter sounds with experimental, jazzy interludes and fine synth carpets to create a unique concert evening.
SVEA (vocals, guitar, saxophone, synth)
Svea Kirschmeier is a musician and actress from Cologne.
Her music career began in 2016 as a cover artist, later she joined the theater and wrote her first stage music. In 2023 she released her debut EP "RAUS".
Between abstract and in your face, through gut feeling and synth filters, her lyrics and melodies flow together to create music that cannot be categorized in any genre.
MARIA (trombone, vocals)
Maria Trautmann is a musician, performer and director from NRW. After studying jazz trombone at the Folkwang University of the Arts and completing a Master's degree in Artistic Research, she works at the interface of music, theater and performance. A particular focus of her work is free improvisation. In addition to numerous band projects, including Ensemble Hilde, which has been nominated for the German Jazz Award in 2026, Maria composes, directs and performs for the theater stage. As a trombonist, she loves to combine free elements with pop and electronic elements.
