The Housemaid - Wenn sie wüsste

Millie (Sydney Sweeney) has just been released from prison and is now trying to earn her first living in freedom as a housekeeper for Nina (Amanda Seyfried) and Andrew (Brandon Sklenar) Winchester. It seems like a good deal for the 27-year-old, as room and board are included in the job. That's one less thing she has to worry about in her regained freedom. On the other hand, she has to deal with Cecilia (Indiana Elle). Nina and Andrew's daughter is spoiled from head to toe, but Nina isn't exactly gentle with Millie either. Only Andrew seems to be sympathetic towards her. Millie therefore has enough to do to cope with this new and not always friendly environment. That's why she doesn't even notice at first how Nina and Andrew involve her in a sinister game that doesn't end well...
