Gray outside, summer inside: The WDR Funkhaus Orchestra brings sunshine, rhythm, and good cheer to the cold season. Mambo, tango, and Caribbean grooves blend with film scores and pop to create an evening full of rhythm and joie de vivre. Set against a backdrop of the beach, the big city, and the dance floor, classics like “Danzón No. 2,” “Brazil,” and “Oblivion” meet rousing hits like “Copacabana” and “Mambo No. 5.” This concert is a musical mini-vacation—just when you need it most!
