Singing and silence

The louder the world gets, the stronger the need for silence becomes for many people in order to find harmony with themselves again. This evening allows you to immerse yourself in the sound of your own heart and connect with the source of your being.

ELEMENTS: Silence, body awareness exercises, spiritual impulse, silent sitting and walking, prayer of blessing, heart songs by singer Carola Laux to sing, hum or listen to.

NOTE: Come-together in the event room at 19:15 - for a relaxed and punctual start.
