Do you feel restricted by the rules that govern how we live together? Or are you perhaps frustrated because others don’t follow the existing rules? Do you feel like everything is regulated these days and you can hardly make any decisions on your own anymore? Do you want more freedom? Or more order and reliability? Are you annoyed because you would have liked to have been involved in shaping the rules?

Then come to “Speaking and Listening”—share your thoughts, impressions, and feelings, and listen to the thoughts, impressions, and feelings of others. 

“Speaking & Listening” is a moderated dialogue format that creates space for genuine exchange
. In small groups, you’ll share your thoughts and listen to others without judgment or interruption. It’s about your feelings, experiences, and wishes. What moves you? What are you missing? What do you hear from others? This fosters encounters on equal footing—open and connecting.
Share your perspective and experience what happens when people truly listen to one another.
