🧘‍♀️ Morning yoga in the Impact Café courtyard ☀️

Start the day relaxed and with a good feeling - at our yoga session in the cozy courtyard of the Impact Café.

Together with Alin, you can look forward to 60 minutes of yoga that is not about performance or perfection, but about coming back to yourself, feeling into your body and starting the morning consciously.

Alin has been practicing yoga herself for three years and completed her yoga training in Tenerife. She has been teaching yoga for a year - she started in Colombia and now gives regular classes in Cologne-Sülz. Yoga has helped her personally to listen more to her own feelings and to be more mindful of herself. It is precisely this experience that she wants to share with other people.

Stay for a coffee or breakfast in our café and start the day relaxed.

⏰ Please be on time
We ask you to be there at least 5 minutes before the start. We start the yoga session together at 8:00 a.m. and close the doors so that everyone can practise undisturbed. Later admission is therefore unfortunately not possible.

👕 Please note
There are no separate changing rooms or showers on site. Changing is only possible in the toilets. We therefore recommend that you arrive in comfortable clothing if possible.

🌦️ Weather information
As the yoga class takes place in the courtyard, we are dependent on the weather. If the weather does not cooperate, the event will unfortunately have to be canceled at short notice.

If possible, please bring your own yoga mat.
