In this series of cooking courses, we focus on each season with its special foods and energies. In each course, you will learn how to balance all five elements - wood, fire, earth, metal and water - with selected, seasonal ingredients. We place particular emphasis on an anti-inflammatory and center-strengthening diet that nourishes body and mind in equal measure. Ideal for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in 5-element cuisine and consciously cook with seasonal foods. Our trained 5-element cook Maria will lovingly guide you.
Please bring an apron and suitable containers for leftovers.
