After-Work at Kunstareal: Welcome Internationals

The Munich Documentation Center invites you to join us for a tour of our exhibitions. After a brief welcome, Director Mirjam Zadoff will lead the group through the exhibition *Munich and National Socialism*, which explores the Nazi history of the City of Munich. As the birthplace of the Nazi Party (NSDAP), Munich is more closely linked to the rise of National Socialism than any other city. The tour also includes a visit to the temporary art installation … to create a space where the din of war might subside, in which twelve international artists explore the lasting repercussions of war since 1945. After a brief break for refreshments and networking, the group is invited to attend a concert by the Freedom Singers entitled *When Jazz (almost) lost its freedom*.
