The summer can come! And Bo Milli offers the soundtrack for it with her brand new single

"Making Friends."

"Made", the management that already brought acts like Sigrid and Aurora on the road to success, took the up-and-coming musician from Bergen, Norway under their wing. Odd Martin (Sigrid, AURORA, Sløtface) also produced the new single "Making Friends" and the later released EP of the same name.

The instrumentation flirts with punky elements, reminds in places of the vibe of the golden 2000s indie years with bands like The Sounds, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and whatever their names are. Bo Milli doesn't mince words and transports her thoughts - about friendship - quite bluntly into the music.

Friends are often more important than relationships, colleagues and material things. In the end, when the going gets tough, it's always the really good, honest friends who are there to get you back on your feet. And that's exactly what this song radiates. It is positively afflicted, it spreads a sunny feeling, but also leaves a cautionary nuance of skepticism towards "new" potential friends.
