The author himself has long been an honorary citizen of Concarneau; in his novels he interweaves intriguing criminal cases with the intense landscape of Brittany - atmospherically dense and deeply anchored in the everyday life of the region. In conversation with Anouk Schollähn, Jean-Luc Bannalec provides personal insights into his fascinating literary cosmos. Christian Berkel, one of Germany's most distinguished actors, reads excerpts from various Dupin novels and gives the headstrong detective his unmistakable voice. An atmospheric short trip to Brittany - exciting, elegant and full of wanderlust.
