Tereza, 77, lives in a small industrial town in the Amazon region. One day, she receives an official order from the government to move to a retirement community in a remote area. There, the elderly are supposed to “enjoy” their final years, while the younger generation can focus entirely on productivity and economic growth. But Tereza resists. She sets out on a journey deeper and deeper into the Amazon region, through the tributaries and the jungle. She wants to fulfill one last wish before her freedom is taken away. A final wish that will change Tereza and steer her life in a new direction.

The open-air movie screening with headphones will take place in the parking lot right next to the Filmhaus (Maybachstr. 111)! 

The event begins around 9:45 p.m., once it’s dark enough.

In case of rain, all ticket holders will be notified by email, and the event will take place at 10:00 p.m. at the Filmhaus Kino.
