The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (German)
A film adaptation of the first volume of Tolkien’s trilogy, in which the hobbit Frodo sets out on a journey toward Mordor to destroy the One Ring.
The young hobbit Frodo receives an extraordinary ring as a gift from his uncle Bilbo. Frodo learns from the wizard Gandalf that it is the powerful Ring of the evil Sauron. To prevent Sauron’s return to power, the Ring must be destroyed in Sauron’s realm of Mordor. Frodo sets out on the arduous journey, but his enemies are not far behind.
