Dear Community,

Before we dance—let’s talk.

La Tertulia: Poetry Session & Panel with Denis Faneites & Gabriel Riquelme. We’ll have a conversation about love, pain, and people in capitalist realities. We’ll talk about what sustains us and what it costs us, about what we feel but rarely say out loud. Above all, we’ll discuss why it’s so important to celebrate ourselves—and why that’s also political.

No lecture hall, no big stage—just the space, our words, and the people who want to listen.

Starting at 5:00 p.m., the Fiesta en el Barrio kicks off with music—Frente Salsero & Radio Hobo featuring salsa, cumbia, and Afro-Latin sounds. The rest of the day belongs to the dance floor.

🫶 Our fiestas are free—but they don’t come for free to organize. If you’d like to and are able to, please feel free to throw something into the piñata. Every euro helps us keep going. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
