Filmvorführung „Nuestros Lugares“
In the organizer's words:
How do FLINTA* people create spaces where they can freely express themselves, connect, and organize?
"Nuestros Lugares" follows people in the Basque Country who, in various ways, create spaces for themselves and others—whether in everyday life or through organized efforts.
Through personal stories and observations, the film shows how shared experiences give rise to places of solidarity and how societal notions of belonging and gender are being renegotiated.
"Nuestros Lugares" is the debut film by Camila Reuss and Jamila Niedermeier. Produced as part of the Master’s program in Visual Anthropology at LMU Munich, the film combines ethnographic research with documentary filmmaking and offers an intimate glimpse into the diverse realities of life in the Basque Country.
We look forward to the joint screening and the discussion that will follow.
