FLIEHENDE STÜRME have earned themselves an absolutely exceptional position in the entire independent and underground scene, from punk, alternative to wave and gothic, with their uncompromising sound. "Sound walls" with manic guitar riffs and the unmistakable voice of Andreas Löhr as well as the bass lines of new bassist Uwe Hubatschek and the driving drum beats of Jens Halbauer give the tracks their special, band-typical style. - Brutal and angry but also floating and melodic.

Active since 2016, ELMAR from Meißen released a promising demo with "Bunker und Funktürme" and present their debut album on Twisted Chords with "Betriebstemperatur, halten". Those involved are no strangers, among others ex-actives of Mikrokosmos23 and Abenteuer Auftauen play in the band.
The direction is roughly given: smart, profound German-language punk rock between post-punk, emo and indie. Lyrical worlds between everyday observation, melancholy, anger and hope, with joy in the metaphor. FLIRT from Leipzig have been causing trouble live since the middle of 2019 and on their new record, which they share with "Orbit Cinta Benjamin" from Kuala Lumpur, they raise fat and gloomy-sparse guitar walls until they are rasped into small pieces by the beaver.
