The term “spa” (SPA) is used, in line with its meaning in English, as an umbrella term for health and wellness facilities. It refers to diverse yet related concepts, such as spa areas in hotels, holistic retreats offering wellness, fitness, and health programs, and theSpa Boys’heavy-hitting music, which has absolutely nothing to do with relaxation.

Ingrid’s Grandsonsounds like an echo from the past—and at the same time like a cry out to the present. Between synthesizers and guitars, melancholy and irony, NDW and post-punk, a sound emerges that propels forward yet still pauses. The lyrics are direct, sharp, and sometimes simply at a loss—just as life is. Ingrid’s Grandchildren don’t just watch; they comment, ask questions, without providing easy answers.
