MENTALE GESUNDHEIT IN KRISENZEITEN // ZARA MOMAND

Daily news about global crises and war crimes put a strain on our mental health, especially migrant people in Germany. In this workshop, we offer a safe space to talk about secondary traumatization, survivor guilt and transgenerational trauma. Together we will explore how personal resilience can be built to face the challenges of media coverage.

Zara Momand is a freelance writer, political illustrator and psychology student. She focuses primarily on the unequal structures in psychological care and provides information on disorders and influences from an intersectional perspective.

The workshop takes place as part of the democracy promotion project "Besser miteinander reden" and is realized with the kind support of Soziokultur NRW
