Our aim is to explore what defines you as a man and what it means to be masculine. We will explore how you feel about your masculinity in different areas of life - be it at work, in sports, with friends or in the presence of women. The question of what constitutes masculinity, whether it is defined by external performance or arises from your inner being, is at the center of our explorations.

Prepare yourself for real challenges. It doesn't matter whether it's the rumbling, masculine power or moments of vulnerability and stillness that challenge you. We explore how contact with other men can enrich your life. By experimenting with all these facets, we get a clearer picture of who we are as men in the here and now.
