Weekend Workshop

Seminar Description
By connecting with your foundation—your body—you’ll discover where you stand right now and create more space within yourself to let go and relax. Perhaps you’ll also find a new balance between your inner and outer worlds.
We’ll dive into gentle, intuitive dance, free movement, yoga, and moments of meditation to give you the space to breathe, feel, and connect—with yourself and the group.
Where are you right now? What do you need to bring yourself back into balance? Together, we’ll explore what’s good for you, what gives you energy, and what you can let go of. In a safe and supportive atmosphere, you’ll discover new perspectives, move your body in a loving way, and fully arrive in the moment.
Everything you’re looking for is already within you. We invite you to simply be, feel, and enjoy. Let the group carry you and find your own center in an atmosphere of calm, joy, and community.
