A reading accompanied by music. Father and son are the heroes of the charmingly illustrated comic series of the same name by e.o. Plauen, which first appeared in the late 1920s. His funny little comic strips, which depict father and son in everyday situations and always exude a special warmth and humor, quickly became a cult classic. To this day, they have lost none of their appeal and continue to enjoy great popularity. The father-son duo Rolly and Stephan Brings have selected his 56 favorite stories for this book and added original texts in the Cologne dialect. This unique collection, featuring tongue-in-cheek dialect texts, humorously illustrates just how precious time spent with family is—even today. On this evening, son Benjamin will accompany his father on stage and perform alongside him.
