Seminar Description

This is neither a “ ” therapy nor does it aim to change your personality. Satori dissolves your identifications with the mind, emotions, and body, thereby opening—beyond manipulation and words—the path to the direct experience of the uniqueness of your essence.

How do you get to know yourself? You take the question—the Zen koan “Who am I?”, “What is life?”, or another koan—inward and observe what you are experiencing in that moment. In this way, you’ll encounter emotions, thoughts, bodily sensations, stories from the past, and hopes for the future. Whatever you encounter, you communicate it. You discover the mystery of your personality at your own pace. You can observe the movements of your unconscious mind while speaking to someone. You free your mind from mental baggage and go deeper and deeper.

With every step, you detach more and more from your identification with your role-plays and moods. In every moment, you can observe how you step out of the movie on the screen and take a seat in the audience.

Prerequisite

A preliminary meeting with the seminar leaders.

Seminar Schedule

Begins on the first day at 10:00 a.m., ends on the last day at 5:00 p.m.
