Bar Zemach and the Jewish Chamber Orchestra Hamburg invite you on a musical journey of discovery that is deliberately aimed at the whole family: to listen, join in and be amazed. Here you can ask questions, discover new things and experience music first-hand.

The shofar - a traditional Jewish wind instrument made from an animal horn - is not normally played as a concert instrument. Bar Zemach has developed its own way of playing it and brings it to the stage for the first time in a virtuoso and melodic way. This is exactly what makes this afternoon so special: a sound that has never been heard before.

A concert that arouses curiosity, inspires and stays in the memory for a long time - for children and adults alike.
