Open House

Discover a place of meditation, connection, and inspiration—right in the heart of Cologne. The Osho UTA Institute is one of the largest centers for meditation and spiritual therapy in Europe and serves as an oasis where you can recharge and connect with like-minded people.

It is a matter close to our hearts to create a space where people, regardless of their background or faith, can embark on a journey of self-discovery in a safe and supportive atmosphere. Meditation, spirituality, and therapeutic guidance open doors to inner growth and self-realization.

At our Open House, our instructors and meditation teachers invite you to experience our diverse program firsthand: guided meditations, short workshops, talks, and gatherings will give you a vivid sense of the depth and variety of our work. Feel the special energy of the center, try out what resonates with you, and discover your own unique paths.

A day full of inspiration, connections, and new experiences awaits you. Come by—we look forward to seeing you!

Daily Program

We’re planning an open house from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. featuring workshops, meditations, talks, and small activities throughout the building. All details are tentative and subject to change. They’re meant to give you a first taste of what you can look forward to.

Throughout the day, you’ll have the chance to explore the different aspects of UTA: sound and breath, movement and stillness, dance, active meditations, bodywork, sharing, and brief guided sessions.

Planned activities include sound healing with Alex Freise, a guided breathwork meditation with Mukti, active meditations with Mandana and Niranjano, “Moving from the Healing Source” with Prasuna, “Anger Club” with Salima, “Mini-AUM” with Yaari, “Modern Mystic Chant” with Splendor Project, “Shake and Shine” with Vira, and “Dance this!” with Subhi.

Talks are also part of the day: on Tantra, equal partnerships, active meditations, Human Design, men’s work at UTA, and Women’s Liberation.

This way, you can not only participate but also ask questions, learn more about the background, and get a feel for which topics and people are at home at UTA.

In addition, there will be tarot readings, massages, a raffle, and time for socializing, conversations, and exploring the space.

A concert is planned to wrap things up.
