Temir Alcy & Basma

Temir Alcy (Enir Da—co-founder of Dali Muru & The Polyphonic Swarm / multi-instrumentalist Charles Lmx / bassist Lucas Valero) moves between ambient, leftfield, and experimental folk styles, interweaving dreamlike atmospheres and organic moods with hypnotic rhythms.Temir Alcy’s immersive music builds over time and leaves room for improvisation.

Basma, a French-Moroccan singer, DJ, and programmer, sings in Darija Arabic and contributes lyrics imbued with stories of rupture and mourning to the project, all set against a dreamy and tense atmosphere.

Although the collaborative project’s first LP is set to be released (Sept. 2026) on the highly acclaimed Belgian label Stroom, Basma & Temir Alcy have already performed live several times, including at the “Les Nuits du Weekender” Festival at Botanique in Brussels.
