Dr. Christoph Schaden, photography enthusiast and professor of the science of photography, will take you on this tour into the still almost unknown world of the carte de visit: small portraits from the early days of photography, almost like business cards with a picture! Why and how this technique developed into a worldwide boom and why the most famous of all German photographers in Cologne became the gravedigger of this form of photography? A tour with the professor leaves no questions unanswered and is guaranteed to last no less than 90 minutes...
