Vorbereitung für den Mond - Von LUNA zu ARTEMIS

The moon is prominent in our night sky and our closest neighbor. For the first time in over 50 years, humans flew around the moon again in 2026 and the next landing is being actively prepared in an international partnership. A permanent infrastructure will enable scientific research, but also prepare for future missions into the solar system and tap into the moon's resources. The LUNA facility of ESA and DLR in Cologne is already preparing for these missions. In his lecture, Jürgen Schlutz will cover everything from lunar exploration to the next steps currently being taken in Europe.
