Benjamin Righetti is the organist at the grand Kuhn organ of St. François in Lausanne and a professor at the city’s Conservatoire. From an early age, he developed a passion for keyboard instruments of all kinds: piano, organ, harpsichord, fortepiano, and clavichord. Inspiring teachers such as Michel Bouvard and Jean Boyer shaped his career, and prizes won in Bruges, Tokyo, Freiberg, Chartres, and Paris attest to his skill. Righetti is not only a performer but also a creative composer and arranger. In this concert, we will experience his cycle inspired by poetry as well as his arrangement of Georges Bizet’s *Carmen Suite *. Our Mühleisen organ is ready to deliver a dazzling display of sound!
