Bria Skonberg Trio

She is one of the most versatile musicians of her generation!  Bria Skonberg, a singer, trumpeter, and songwriter born in Canada and based in New York, has taken the jazz scene by storm with her smoky voice, her rousing trumpet playing, and her captivating compositions and arrangements. 

In 2026, two albums will be released on Cellar Music. In March, Bria will release a predominantly instrumental, trumpet-focused album featuring cool original compositions as well as her interpretations of classics such as “You Are So Beautiful,” “New Orleans Bump,” and “Brotherhood of Man.” In July, Bria will present a vocal album to the public featuring arrangements by multiple Grammy Award winner Gil Goldstein (who also contributed to her chart-topping hit “With a Twist”), including “Watch What Happens,” “Fragile” (Sting), “Mood Indigo,” and other tracks.
