Christina Lux fills every room with her warm, rich voice and subtle lyrics in German and English, without any pretension or showmanship. She’s simply there—intense and moving one moment, and the next, playful yet powerful in her thoughts and songs. Her music resonates deeply. The range spans from very quiet songs with just two guitars and voices to grand arrangements with surprising dynamics and power. Oliver George adds subtle highlights to the drums, sounds, guitar, and vocals with great sensitivity, creating a wonderful musical connection with Lux’s unique guitar style. Time and again, they take flight into improvisation, where both engage with each other with great joy and take the audience along on their journey. Their latest live album, *Live deLUXe*, was released in 2023.

Christina Lux released her first solo album in 1998. Another 10 albums and many solo concerts followed. Since 2017, Christina Lux and Oliver George have co-written and produced three albums together. Their first entirely German-language album, *Leise Bilder* (2018), was awarded the German Record Critics’ Prize. The subsequent studio album, *Lichtblicke* (2021), and the current live album, *Live de LUXe* (2023), were nominated for the same award. Christina Lux has collaborated with Stoppok, Fury in the Slaughterhouse, Purple Schulz, Astrid North, Regy Clasen, Susan Weinert, Laith Al Deen, Edo Zanki, Jon Lord, and many others.
