The trombone has known lament for centuries; it has accompanied the dead, heralded apocalypses, and wailed in New Orleans. With LAMENTO, Jakob Grimm, together with Irén Seleljo, explores this legacy through works by Zwerger, Désenclos, Kurtág, Putignano, Leibowitz, and others.
