Gelassen bleiben bei verbalen Angriffen – Gewaltfreie Kommunikation
In the organizer's words:
In the day-to-day work of day care, it is often challenging to respond calmly to verbal attacks, accusations, or negative judgments. Conflicts can arise quickly, making it difficult to engage in constructive dialogue with one another.
Nonviolent Communication, as developed by Marshall Rosenberg, provides strategies for staying calm even in such situations. In this one-day seminar, you will reflect on your own experiences, practice letting attacks pass by like arrows, and learn to act with self-confidence, composure, and in a way that de-escalates situations.
The training focuses on:
Reflecting on your own behavior during verbal attacks
Analyzing the underlying needs
Transforming negative judgments and overbearing demands into feelings and needs
Empathetic listening as a de-escalation strategy
Strategies for confidently advocating one’s own points of view
