We are bringing the documentary "My new old self - A journey into the mystery of the menopause" to Ventana as part of our Glowtime event series.
Join us as we watch the new movie about the menopause together and then talk to each other again - with plenty of room for questions and personal exchange.

The film explores the big questions surrounding the menopause: Why do so many women suffer from hot flushes, sleep disorders or mood swings? And why is there still so little reliable knowledge about this phase of life? Personal experiences of women from different countries meet current scientific findings on the effects of hormonal changes on the body and brain.
