Yeast dough is moody, sticky and never rises as it should? No more of that! In this baking course, we will show you step by step how to prepare perfect yeast doughs in a relaxed manner: light, fluffy and guaranteed to succeed. Together we will discover the basics of yeast, rising times, temperature and the right technique for kneading. You will learn what really matters, what mistakes you can avoid and how to get your dough to rise safely.
We bake classic and popular recipes together, such as Airy and moist cinnamon buns, yeast plait and buchteln filled with memories of a mountain vacation, as well as hearty pizza, pinsa and focaccia.
At the end of the course, you will go home full, satisfied and happy and with the certain feeling: I can make yeast dough!
Please bring (pastry) containers for leftovers.
