Liebe, die nicht weh tut - Wie ein harmonisches Miteinander gelingen kann
In the organizer's words:
We all want harmonious relationships, whether within the family, at work, on the road, or while shopping. When people get along well, we have a good time. But without that harmony, the mood can quickly turn sour. Sometimes we can’t choose the people we share a train compartment—or even a bedroom—with. Or worse: we’ve chosen them, and yet their presence is a seemingly insurmountable obstacle. … What can we do?
What binds us together isn’t always pure love. Usually, our love is mixed with attachment. If we learn to distinguish between the two, we can develop a form of love that never causes problems or hurts anyone. With pure love in our hearts, we can always enjoy the company of others! In this special course, learn how to distinguish between love and attachment in your own mind, and what you can do to make your love pure—free from attachment.
No prior experience is required for the course; the meditation room is equipped with cushions and chairs. During the break, there will be time and space for discussion and questions over tea, coffee, and pastries.
Session times: 3:30–4:45 p.m. & 5:15–6:30 p.m.
Everyone is welcome!
